Lifestyle Choice is a mild character Hickory. It was created for two reasons. One to introduce a wire brushed option and number two bring in some lighter and richer browns.

This is not a heavy wire brushed effect seen with the floor shot gismo. It doesn’t touch every single board either in the same amount of texture, so it’s a mild random look.

It’s important to watch as many Lifestyle videos to get a better representation of the amount of character to expect. Some boxes like this one may have more while others less. That’s an installers responsibility to mix as many boxes as possible to get a good mix of character and color.

There are numerous Hickory colors across the website in the Casual Elegance and Country Lifestyle line. I’m flexible on what you want. Take an example. If you like the Cool Veranda but want the same brushing texture, we can do that. Just let me know. And let’s say for example you don’t want the wire brushing on any Lifestyle color. I can do that too.

Think about herringbone designs. That’s another new addition this year, not only to the Lifestyle Choice hardwoods but any other across the site.
